Diabetes believes

There are so many people around the globe who have a belief that eating more sugar will lead to diabetes ,but that is not true.The fact is that eating more sugar can affect your body in the form of overweight which multiplies the possibility of arising diabetes 2 in particular. You are at increased risk of Type 2 diabetes if your waist measurement is over 94cm (men), 90cm (South Asian men), 80cm (all women), but it is just one of the risk factors associated with Type 2 diabetes. You can still develop the condition if your weight is normal but you have other risk factors. There is nothing you can do to prevent Type 1 diabetes.
